A petition filed by students in the Delhi HC alleges ‘significant disparity in the allocation of resources’ for students and staff at DU's Faculty of Law.

Until now, the law department used to offer a three-year LLB, LLM (full-time as well as part-time) and a PhD in Law.

DU plans to introduce two 5 year LLB programmes from next academic year
