Applying Robot technology to agricultural field is also undertaken by cooperation between administration and private sector. Utsunomiya University developed strawberry picking robot 10 years ago. Afterward it is improved to harvesting strawberry robot. It differentiates the bad or good crop and also packs strawberries. To execute stable recognition of colour this robot is equipping function to set appropriate colour. The use of robots will transform the farming sector in the world.
