Karan Patel has become the most sort after actor of Indian telly world. He began his career with Ekta Kapoor's popular daily soap, Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki in 2000 and now with Yeh Hai Mohabbatein he has become a household name. Karan made his debut as a lead actor in Star Plus's popular series Kasturi where he played the role of Robbie Sabharwal. Most of his projects have been produced by Balaji Telefilms. Until now he played various characters which portrayed different shades of him as an actor. Karan made it to news several times for his alleged love affairs, the most talked about being with TV actor, Kamya Punjabi. Finally, the actor settled down with Ankita Bhargava and got married to her in 2015. Though the actor plays an ‘angry man’ in the show but in real life, Karan is a huge fan of Bollywood’s king of romance, Shah Rukh Khan.
