Srinagar (J&K), Feb 25 (ANI): Taking a jibe at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah questioned the delay by the BJP-PDP alliance in forming the government in the state, in spite of having good numbers in the assembly. Talking about the present Governor Rule in the state, Abdullah said the rule is imposed when there is no numbers, which is also called the Breakdown of Constitutional Order, where there is no possibility of the formation of a government.

He added that whatever be the decision, it should be for the welfare of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He added that both Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) need to chart the future course of action.
