The Delhi High Court on Thursday termed as prima facie unreasonable the frequent visits of the Nitish Katara murder case convicts Vikas and Vishal Yadav from Tihar Jail to various hospitals in the city and asked AIIMS to set up a medical board to examine their health conditions to vet the need of their outings.
