Mumbai, Jan 10 (ANI): Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar on Sunday flagged off an event named 'Walk for Health'. The actor said various such initiatives should take place in order to encourage people to walk. He added that walking not only minimises risks of stroke and heart attacks, but is the easiest workout to do. He recommended people to walk after lunch and dinner, probably with their families which will also keep the family members united.
