Ahmedabad: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) will declare its Class XII Science results on May 13. The Board chairman R R Varsani confirmed that the online results will be declared on May 13 while students will be handed over their marksheets on May 18. RMC raids on mango sellers,fast-food outlets Rajkot: The health department of the Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) on Wednesday conducted raids on four mango sellers and 50 stalls and joints selling fast-food in the city. During the raids,civic officers seized more than 5,000 kg of mango that was being ripened by using carbide. The officials also seized consignments of stall fruits and vegetables from a few juice centres and sought registration/licence details from others. Gondal MLA threatens to commit suicide Rajkot: BJP MLA from Gondal Jayarajsinh Jadeja threatened to commit suicide late on Tuesday to protest the alleged dilly-dallying by a local branch of nationalised bank in sanctioning loan to a villager. Jadeja had gone to make a representation to the bank officials after they allegedly did not sanction Rs 1.5 lakh loan to one man from Daiyad village of Gondal taluka despite approval from the state government under a scheme.
