Man who killed wife’s lover held with accomplices

Nanu Vasu Chavda, the cousin of the deceased, had filed a complaint at Viramgam town police station. It was revealed that the deceased had been living with a married woman at a rented house in Viramgam.

The woman’s husband Kala Heera Gohil, and his relatives Ajit Khengar Gohil and Jaysangh alias Goka Rama Katariya hatched a plan to kill Chavda and executed it, the FIR stated.

Viramgam Town police station inspector K S Dave formed four teams to apprehend the accused. Officials scanned CCTV footage, examined witnesses, and attempted to trace the car through its registration number. They also considered a “dying declaration” by the deceased.

They finally received a tip-off and were told that a white car was spotted going from Shankeshwar towards Dasada and onwards to Viramgam. The police intercepted the vehicle and all three occupants were held.
