65 girls turn up for selection trials

The LIC Cricket Club Academy at Government Model High School-26 in Chandigarh saw a good response from aspiring cricketers as 65 girls appeared for the selection trials conducted at the academy grounds. The trials were conducted in U-14,U-16 and U-19 categories. Giving information regarding the selection,Gagan Singla,president of LIC Cricket Club,said that all 65 girls have been selected for the academy and are required to report at the ground on Monday at 3.30 pm.
