Carrom tourney on the anvil

Chandigarh Carrom Association will hold the 12th Raj Kumar Babuta Memorial prize Money Carrom Ranking Tournament from July 18 to 20 at St Stephen’s School,Sector 45,Chandigarh. The tournament will be conducted in senior and junior category in men,boys,women and girls’ sections. Players must be below the age of 18 years as on 31.12.10 in the junior section. Interested players may submit their entries with DS Aithani,assistant general secretary of the association,at House No 564-A,Sector 32-A,Chandigarh or he can be contacted on 9872922514. Entries close on July 14 at 5 pm. 

Golf camp from August 21
Chandigarh Golf Club

will conduct a three-month long EGTF Junior Golf Coaching Programme at Chandigarh Golf Club Academy from August 21 to November 21.The EGTF programme is designed for players in the 6-16 years age group and the programme will be conducted twice a week on Saturday and Sunday from 4 to 5pm. Members as well as non-members from Chandigarh,Mohali,Panchkula,Patiala,Ambala and Ludhiana can enroll in the programme.
