The cyber crime unit of the Himachal Police arrested Nigerian national Jojeph Iyare (42) for allegedly trying to cheat Shimla resident Hem Shanker Sharma. Iyare promised to get Sharma a job in Maruti Suzuki company and had sent e-mails asking him to deposit cash in an SBI account, DIG (cyber crime) Satwant Atwal Trivedi said. Iyare was later arrested and a case under different sections of the IPC and I-T Act registered against him at CIDs police station in Shimla.
