OFFICIALS OF the Municipal Corporation will be approaching local MP Kirron Kher to be part of the documentary on the achievements of the civic body.
A private company, Drishticone, has been hired to make the 15-minute documentary which will focus on success stories of the civic body.
“The company representatives are interested in giving her touch to the film, so it depends on them,” said a senior officer, requesting anonymity.
“Once the script is locked, we will request her to either shoot for us or lend her voice,” said Amit, a representative of the company. He added that the script would be finalised by Wednesday and the entire documentary would be ready in a month.

A meeting of some councillors, officials and company representatives was convened by Municipal Commissioner Bhawna Garg on Friday.
“An amount of Rs 6.63 lakh will be spent on the documentary. Fifteen points to be incorporated in the film were finalised,” said
nominated councillor Surinder Bahga, who attended the meeting. The points to be included in the documentary include MC’s sewerage disposal system, water supply system, storm water drainage system, sewerage treatment plant, tertiary treated water supply system, street lights, community centres, sanitation system, solid waste management system, roads and bridges, maintenance of parks and green belt, fire and emergency services, and paid parking system.
