Aavishkar-2013,the annual technological fest of University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET) entered its second day on Saturday.
The fest was inaugurated by Geeta Bhukkal,Education Minister of Haryana,on September 13,which was followed by various events including paper presentation,Electromagnetica,Telepathic line follower and first rounds for Roboball,Vengeance,Submerged and App-roid.
The participation of students crossed 3500 on the first day,which increased on the second day,with several teams from Rajasthan,Bhubaneswar,Allahabad,Dehraduna and Delhi coming for participation. Among the various events held on the second day,included,Vengeance,Robo-ball and telepathic line follower,robot-war,LAN-bash,Prastuti-model exhibition competitions and quizzes,which drew the audience towards them. The major highlight of the day,was the first ever laser show,organised by the students in the campus.
The three day event will conclude on September 15,which is celebrated as the Engineers Day all over India.
