The most awaited show,the finale at the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week-Spring Summer 2012,will be by designer duo Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna. On Wednesday,the two gave a sneak peek into their collection titled The Theatre of Illusions,at the ITC Maurya. The opening act saw three nimble-footed ballerinas prancing around the space bathed in red light,followed by a saxophonist on to the stage. The first model sashayed down the ramp in a long white chiffon dress,fitted around the torso and flowy at the bottom,while the second one wore a short grey dress,embellished with heavy metallic sequins. We are trying a juxtaposition of the soft and hard elements. Its all about layering and illusion, said Khanna. The collection will range from hues of black,grey and white to a sudden touch of coral shades which,according to Gandhi,is the fun,summer element of the collection.
