Taking a dig at the Third Front parties,Indian National Lok Dal supremo Om Prakash Chautala said the NDA government should come to power. Addressing the party workers here today,he said the front proposed by the Left parties will not win the confidence of the people. Their aim is to come to power but they do not share a common ideology, he said, adding that the NDA,under the leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, had proved its worth with a stable and efficient government. The farmers were given remunerative prices and the poor were provided food grains at subsidised rates under NDA rule,he said.
Chautala said the workers are the backbone of the party and they should work hard to ensure victory of the BJP-INLD alliance in the Lok Sabha elections. He alleged that the present government in Haryana is misleading the public by making tall claims of development. They are misusing funds and there is a need to bring a change by voting INLD-BJP to power,he said.
