HOW MUCH will MODELS WALK ?

AS models sashay down a ramp during a fashion week,have you ever wondered how many kilometres do they actually walk? With Wills Lifestyle India Fashion week Autumn-Winter 2012 just a day away,we decided to do a little mathematics to figure that one out. The ramp at the venue,Pragati Maidan,is 60-feet-long and will be walked back and forth. On an average,a model gets 16 shows that are spread across five days and each of the models has four outfit changes per show at least. So,with all this punched in the calculator,we came up with a figure — 2.3 kilometres. Not an astonishing number but then it’s not a marathon either.
