SUV falls into under-construction drain near Gurgaon,four dead

Four persons died on Sunday night after the car they were travelling in fell into an under-construction drain on Sohna Road.

The police said the incident was reported around 9 pm when the Honda CR-V car of the victims fell into the 15-feet deep drain near the toll booth in Badshahpur.

The deceased,all in their mid-thirties,have been identified as Kamal from Delhi,Aamir from Gwalior,Dinesh from Bihar and Viren from Agra.

The police said the victims were coming from Sohan and were headed to Delhi.

The investigating officer at the Badashpur police station said the bodies have been handed over to their relatives after a postmortem was conducted. A case of causing death due to rash and negligent driving against the driver of the SUV has also been registered.
