8,000 online registrations for B Com

Over 8,000 online registrations have already been done online,of which 4,500 applications with demand drafts have been received by the Panjab University for 4,340 seats for BCom in 26 colleges.

Over 8,000 online registrations have already been done online,of which 4,500 applications with demand drafts have been received by the Panjab University for 4,340 seats for BCom in 26 colleges. The authorities are expecting this number to reach 10,000 – more than twice the number of seats – by the application deadline (June 21). Around 8,000 applications were received last year against the same number of seats.

Till now,we have received 4,500 drafts along with the filled forms. As the candidates have to submit the demand draft and a printout of the application forms to the co-ordinator,many will be sending it through post. Thus,we are expecting that it will take a few days to receive these, said the co-ordinator Prof A K Vashisht of University Business School.
