At the 351st board meeting of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange (LSE),the resignation of P P Kansal from the post of chairman was unanimously accepted and Vice-Chairman Joginder Kumar was appointed as new chairman of LSE limited.

The board also recommended the annual audited accounts for the year ended March 31,2012,to the general house for its approval.

The annual general meeting of the LSE Limited has been fixed on September 19,2012,for consideration of the annual accounts,election of shareholder directors and appointment of the statutory auditors along with amendment in articles of LSE limited.

The meeting was attended by Ashwini Kumar,public interest director,Satish Nagpal,Rajinder Singla,Vikas Batra,Ashok Kumar Shareholder Director,Jaspal Singh,Sanjay Anand and Sunil Gupta.
