High-five for Franco

Franco Sports Club combined well as a unit and crushed all opposition to score a facile 5-0 win against Janseva Janjagruti in a Division-III match of the Mumbai District Football Association League at the St Xavier’s ground,Parel,on Wednesday.

Franco Sports Club combined well as a unit and crushed all opposition to score a facile 5-0 win against Janseva Janjagruti in a Division-III match of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) League at the St Xavier’s ground,Parel,on Wednesday.

Bimalnath Kedkar found the net twice while,Raphale Kanakle,Rupesh Machade,and Nikhil Singh scored a goal apiece to complete the win.

In another match of the same division,Worli Sports Club also had things their own way for a better part of their encounter against Desparadoes Sports Club,romping home to a 3-0 victory. The usual suspects,Sagar Chiplunkar,Vishal Dhabolkar and Anish Surve were in their elements once more,and scored a goal each for the Worli outfit.

Naseeb Reloaders rode their luck to the fullest while recording a 3-1 win over Shreenath Nagar. Anil Pednekar,Hemant Waghela and Prem Almeida scored for the Reloarders,while Kiran Kannan scored Shreenath Nagar’s solitary goal.
