Indicating that the uncomfortable spell of weather is here to stay, the IMD has issued a yellow alert of hot and humid conditions in the city between Tuesday and Wednesday in Mumbai, Thane, Palghar and Raigad. The IMD has stated the maximum temperatures are expected to rise over the next four days, followed by a gradual drop of 2 to 3 degrees thereafter across Konkan.
