Kathak maestro Pandit Chitresh Das will perform this evening at the Tata Theatre,NCPA,Nariman Point. The event,called Dynamic Feet,Dynamic Rhythm,brings together performers and musicians from all over India,and includes a classical solo Kathak Yoga piece by Pandit Chitresh Das,a performance by six musicians and a recital of Shlokas by children from the Chhandam School of Kathak Dance.

Monsoon Food Festival

The ongoing monsoon martinis and snacks festival at 72,the lounge bar at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport,Andheri,offers a wide range of flavoured martinis,and snacks to go with them. These include combinations such as a watermelon martini with chilli blasted babycorn,a peach martini with seekh kebab gilafi and a lychee martini with malabari prawns.

Comedy Play

Akvarious Productions presents Super 8,a play that is a collection of eight contemporary comedies. These include Buonanotte Fiorellino,the story of a man on the verge of his marriage and haunted by his eccentric ex-girlfriend and My Soul,The Pavement,a funny teenage love story set in a yoghurt shop. The play will be staged at The Comedy Store and entry is Rs. 400.
