With the Bombay High Court accepting their consent terms, former Miss World Yukta Mookhey and her estranged husband Prince Tuli have decided to separate amicably, putting an end to a bitter matrimonial battle. Court-appointed mediator Advocate Rajiv Patil handed over the consent terms arrived at by the couple in a report to Justice Mridula Bhatkar. The judge accepted the report Wednesday while granting anticipatory bail to Tuli in a domestic violence case filed by Mookhey. “Both parties will withdraw the charges against each other as per the consent terms. The divorce petition filed by Tuli in Nagpur will be decreed after it is transferred to a Mumbai court,” Mookhey’s lawyer Jamshed Mistry said. Patil conducted several rounds of meetings with both the sides in the last three months and helped them to bring about an amicable settlement for divorce by mutual consent.
