Ashram celebrates senior citizens’ day

Punya Dham Ashram celebrated the International Senior Citizens’ Day on Friday felicitating many senior citizens of the city for their contribution to the society in diverse fields. The Ashram felicitated around 35 senior citizens for their contribution to society. A function was held on this occasion at the convention Hall of Punya Dham Ashram in Pisoli. Among those who were honoured included Ratna Vaswani,chairperson,Sadhu Vaswani Mission,Geeta (Koshi) R Israni,chairperson,Gurukripa Seva Ashram Phase,Armene Mody,trustee,Aga Khan Palace,and Maj Gen (retd) B N Rao,said a press note.
