Day 5 of the HSC examinations saw 234 cases of malpractices recorded across the state. While Pune alone recorded 24 such cases,Nagpur registered 37,Aurangabad 60,Mumbai three cases,Kolhapur 14,Amravati 71 cases,Nashik 11 cases and Latur 14. Explaining why the number of such cases less in Mumbai,Ujjwaladevi Patil,chairperson of MSBSHSE said,Mumbai doesn't have many regional areas,whereas in Pune there are several such centres. We are trying to bring down the cases in areas like Solapur.
