Part of evacuated building collapses in Mominpura

The dilapidated part of on old three storeyed building in Mominpura collapsed at early hours on Sunday. The residents of the part were evacuated earlier.

Some parts of the building,built in 1941,were declared dangerous and thus evacuated. Some residents still live in the remaining parts of the building. Around 3 am on Sunday,the dilapidated part collapsed. The fire brigade personnel immediately reached the spot. Officials from the Pune Municipal Corporation also visited the spot.
