Fashion designers Kanika Jain and Nilakshi Idnani showcased their collections in the city at Tain Square,Fatimanagar on Saturday evening. Delhi-based Jain’s collection reflected the transition in the looks of a woman in a day. From office wear,casual clothes to party outfits,the designer showcased a wide range in subtle and bright colours. “Pune is a big market for fashion. Depending upon the response and feedback,I will consider exploring avenues here. The response has been very encouraging,” she said. Idnani,who owns a boutique in the city,experimented with power dressing and a gothic theme. The former had clothes in light colours like beige and peach,while dark hues ruled the Gothic collection.
