The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) announced the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) or Class 10 results on April 11. The Class 10 matric result link is available at the official websites of the board — asseb.in, sebaonline.org and assamresults.in.

The Class 10 HSLC 2025 are available at the education.indianexpress.com. HSLC students can register to check the register. While the resultsassam.nic.in has been the result hosting website in the past years, this year, the Assam Board result is not available at resultsassam.nic.in.
Out of those who appeared, 2,70,471 candidates successfully passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 63.98%. The pass percentage among the male students is 67.59 per cent and among the girl students, it is 61.09 per cent.

The Assam Board 2025 HSLC exams were conducted between February 15 and March 3 and the practical part of the ASSEB Class 10 matric exam was conducted on January 21 and 22. ASSEB is formed by merging the Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) and the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC).

To check and download the SEBA Assam HSLC Result from indianexpress.com, students will first have to register with the contact numbers.
Step 1: First, visit the official website – indianexpress.com
Step 2: Then, Register yourself with the contact number and email id
Step 3: Click on the designated board exam result link
Step 3: On the next window, select board
Step 4: Insert your roll number and registration number
Step 5: Your result, when announced, will be delivered to the contact number and mail id
The Class 10 HSLC 2025 result will also be made available at the education.indianexpress.com, once there is confirmation from the Board.

While indianexpress.com reported on Wednesday that the HSLC result will be out on Thursday, however, the CM tweeted that the result is not releasing on April 10. The Assam Board is ready with the Class 10 results and has decided to publish this today at 10:30 am. State Education Minister Ranoj Pegu has confirmed this.

The name of the Assam Class 10 and Class 12 board is Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB). ASSEB is formed under the Assam State School Education Board Act, 2024, by merging the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) and Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC).

A senior official informed indianexpress.com that the HSLC Class 10th results will be announced on April 10, however, late on April 9, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, posted on microblogging site, X that the Class 10th results will not be declared on April 10.

A total of 4,19,078 students appeared for the SEBA Assam Board Class 10 exam last year, of them, as many 3,17,317 students passed the exam, with 1,05,873 securing first division. The overall pass percentage was 75.7 per cent, with male pass percentage being 77.3 per cent and female pass percentage being 74.4 per cent. Anurag Doloi from Pragya Academy Senior Secondary School in Jorhat had secured the top position with 593 (98.93 per cent) marks.
