There is no official confirmation as to when Class 10 and Class 12 UP board results will be out. Going by past year trends, the UPMSP 2025 Class 10 and Class 12 results will likely be declared by the end of April.
In 2024, a total of 8,21,545 students appeared for the Class 10 and 12 MP Board exams, including over 4.1 lakh boys and 4.08 lakh girls. Despite this massive turnout, the combined pass percentages reflect moderate success, indicating a need for academic introspection.
The UP Board result data from 2023 and 2024 showcases a continued trend of girls outperforming boys. Notably, in 2023, the pass percentage for girls stood at an impressive 93.34%, with Priyanshi Soni of Sitapur topping the state by scoring 590 out of 600 marks.
Analysis of the UP Board result trends reveals that for the past two consecutive years (2023 and 2024), the board has declared Class 10 and 12 results in April. This suggests that the 2025 results may also follow a similar timeline, likely in the last week of April, barring unforeseen delays.
AP inter 1st and 2nd year students can apply for recounting (RC) and re-verification (RV) of answer scripts from April 13 to 22. The board has also announced the AP supplementary exams. The IPASE May 2025 theory exams or the AP inter supplementary exam will be conducted from May 12 to 20. Examination fee payment at the college level for AP inter supply exams is open from April 15 to 22.
With over 55 lakh students appearing across both classes in 2025, the UPMSP undertook the mammoth task of evaluating nearly 3 crore answer sheets. The evaluation process has now been completed, making the result declaration the next big step.
Although Class 12 pass percentage showed significant improvement in 2023 to 66.47%, it once again fell in 2024 to 64.48%, suggesting academic inconsistency and possibly tougher evaluation standards or paper difficulty this year.
From pandemic-induced delays to returning normalcy, the UP Board has managed to streamline result processing in the past two years. With increasing pass percentages and better transparency in topper data, students and parents remain optimistic about the upcoming 2025 results.
The MPBSE Class 10 results in 2024 have recorded a pass percentage of just 58.10%, a sharp decline from 61.32% in 2023, indicating potential concerns regarding student performance and paper difficulty. This marks the lowest Class 10 pass rate in the last five years, excluding the 2021 pandemic exception.
The last five years of MP Board results have shown a highly fluctuating academic trend, with the Class 10 pass percentage dipping to 58.10% in 2024, the lowest in five years, while Class 12 saw a drop to 64.48%, after improving in 2023. The anomalies of 2021, with 100% pass due to mass promotions, make year-on-year comparison more complex.
As seen in previous years, UPMSP is expected to release the list of toppers for both Class 10 and 12 at the time of result declaration. In 2024, Shubham Verma secured the top position in Class 10, while Vishnu Chowdhary came second — students can expect similar recognition this year too.
The past few years have seen steady academic performance, with Class 10 pass percentage reaching 89.55% in 2024 and Class 12 at 82.60%. The board and students alike now await the 2025 results with hopeful anticipation of another year of strong outcomes.
A comparative review of the last five years shows a clear shift in UP Board result timelines. While pandemic years (2020–2021) saw delays till June and July, recent years saw a return to earlier schedules, with the 2023 and 2024 results announced by April 25 and April 20, respectively.
