National Testing Agency (NTA) Exam Calendar 2024 Released: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate programmes (CUET UG) in from May 15 till May 31, 2024.
“For the Academic year 2024-25, Common University Entrance Test for Under-graduate programmes (CUET-UG) will be conducted by NTA from 15th May – 31 May 2024. Results will be announced within three weeks of last test,” UGC Chief, M Jagadesh Kumar said.
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main exam will be conducted in two sessions in 2024. While the first session of JEE Main 2024 will be conducted in January (between January 24 and February 1), the second one will be held in April (between April 1 and 15).
Following this, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2024 will be conducted on May 5 in a pen and paper mode. For NEET UG 2024, the results shall be declared by second week of June 2024, the NTA said in an official circular.
Meanwhile, the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate programmes (CUET PG) will be conducted by NTA from March 11 till March 28, 2024. Results for these too will be announced within three weeks of last test.
While the exam dates for CUET UG, JEE Main, NEET UG have been announced, the registration dates of the undergraduate entrance exams have not been announced yet.
In 2023, JEE Main session 1 exam was held between January 24 and January 31, the NEET UG 2023 was conducted on May 7. Going by past edition trends, NEET UG 2024 will likely be held on May 5. The CUET UG in 2023 was held in phases from May 21 and June 23.
