The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has notified that pass certificates for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) June 2025 session will be issued only in-person to candidates who have been declared qualified. The distribution will take place at the NBEMS office, PSP Area, Sector-9, Dwarka, New Delhi, between September 16 and October 15, 2025, strictly as per the schedule mentioned in each candidate’s entry slip.
According to the notice, candidates must download their entry slip from the NBEMS website (natboard.edu.in) using their roll number and date of birth. The slip will mention the specific date and time when they must report to the office. NBEMS has advised all qualified candidates to appear only on the assigned schedule to avoid crowding.
NBEMS has stated that certificates will be issued only after verification of identity, which includes checks such as biometrics or face ID. The authority has also made it clear that no representative or third party will be allowed to collect the pass certificate on behalf of the candidate under any circumstances.
Candidates who are unable to collect their pass certificates within the assigned schedule have been instructed not to visit the NBEMS office on any other date. Instead, they must submit a request for rescheduling through the NBEMS Communication Web Portal (CWP) after October 15, to seek prior approval for a revised date.
NBEMS has further advised aspirants to plan their return travel arrangements carefully, keeping in mind possible delays due to identity verification or documentation issues.
