GATE Admit Card 2025: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will release the GATE 2025 admit card on January 7. The gate2025.iitr.ac.in will host the GATE admit card 2025 link. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 will be conducted between February 1 and 16, 2025.

Initially, the GATE 2025 admit card was set to be released on January 2. However, a statement on the gate2025.iitr.ac.in now is saying: “Download of GATE 2025 Admit Card will be available from 7th January 2025‬.”

After the IIT Roorkee releases the GATE admit card 2025 and candidates download it, they must make sure that certain information in the admit card is printed correctly. These are

1. Name of the candidate: The names of the candidate and their parents’ name should be correct
2. Paper combinations: The candidates must check if the paper combinations they had applied for are the same
3. Photograph of the candidate: The photograph of the candidate must be the same and visible. A candidate will not be allowed to appear if the photograph on the admit card is different.
4. Signature of the candidate: The signature of the candidate should be the same as that on the application form.
5. Students should check the exam centre and other details on the GATE admit card.

GATE 2025 will be held for a total of 30 test papers. Candidates can appear for one or two test papers only. GATE will be held in two sessions – forenoon and afternoon over the weekends between February 1 and 16. The forenoon session exams will be held from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and the afternoon session exams will be conducted between 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm.
