GSEB SSC 10th Result 2024 (OUT) Updates: Pass percentage improves, Gandhinagar district tops

Schools will be distributing the GSEB Class 10 SSC original marksheets and certificates after a few days of GSEB SSC result 2024 declaration. 

The overall pass percentage in the GSEB Class 10 result last year was 64.62 per cent. The pass percentage dropped by 0.56 percent points last year from 65.18 per cent in 2022. In 2021, due to the cancellation of the exams amid Covid–19, the state recorded a 100 per cent pass percentage.

Analyzing  examination from district wise, Gandhinagar district secured the highest pass percentage of 87.22 per cent, while the lowest is Porbandar with a pass percentage of 74.57.

In the GSEB Class 10 result declared today, as many as 23,247 students have secured A1 grade.

With a jump of nearly 18 per cent from March 2023, Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) today declared the Class 10 results. The overall pass percentage is recorded at 82.56 per cent. Last year, it was 64.62 per cent.

The overall pass percentage in the GSEB Class 10 result last year was 64.62 per cent. This year, the results have improved substantially. While 1,389 schools registered 100 per cent result as against 272 in 2023 and 292 in 2022, only 264 schools have registered below 30 per cent result. Last year, schools with less than 30 per cent results increased to 1084 from 1007 in 2022. 70 schools have registered 0 per cent result this year. It was 157 schools last year.

Results of 400 students has been reserved by the board. These students are suspected of copying and were detected under CCTV.

In the GSEB Class 10 result declared today, as many as 70 schools have 0 per cent results.

Gujarat Board 10th Result 2024 (OUT): The pass percentage among the girl students is 86.69 per cent and among the boys, it is 79.12 per cent.

GSEB Result Out: Porbandar is the least performing district among the 33 districts. 74.57 per cent students have passed from Porbandar.

Gandhinagar district is the best-performing district with 87.22 per cent students passing.

A total of 6,99,598 regular candidates appeared in the GSEB exam. And of them, 5,77,556 qualified for secondary school certificate.

GSHSEB SSC 2024 ressult overall pass percentage is 82.56 per cent. This is a jump of nearly 18 per cent from last year Class 10 result.

The board is yet to announce the number of students who have passed this year. The Gujarat board official website only has the SSC March 2024 exam result link now.

The GSEB Class 10 SSC result link is active now at gseb.org. The studets will have to select the seat number - A, B, C, S or P and enter the seven-digit seat number.

Once the GSEB result is released, students can check the result at the official website – gseb.org. Students need to enter their roll number to check their Gujarat board SSC result. The result will be displayed on the screen and the students are advised to download and save the result for reference.

Last year, the GSEB Class 10 result was declared on May 25. The exams were held between March 14 and March 28.

In 2022, the SSC GSEB exams began on March 28 and concluded on April 9 and the result was announced on June 6.

Last year, 64.62 per cent students passed which is a marginal decline from 65.18 per cent in 2022.  Surat district topped with 76.45% and Dahod the lowest result of 40.75%. Girls outperformed boys with 70.62%. Boys pass percentage was 59.58%. Among subjects, English first language subject recorded highest pass percentage of 95.06 while science lowest result of 67.72.

GSEB SSLC students can check the Class 10 result at the official website – gseb.org by entering their roll number or registration number.

The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examination (TNDGE) today (May 9) declared the SSLC results in a press conference which was held at 9:30 am.The overall pass percentage this year has been recorded at 91.55% which is a minor increase from last year’s 91.39 per cent, and 2022’s 90.07 per cent.

Students should get atleast 33 per cent marks in GSEB Class 10 overall as well as individually in all subjects to qualify the exam

The GSEB board conducted the class 10 exam between February 16 and March 4. 

Last year, the result was declared on May 25, while this year the results will be declared on May 11 at 8 am. 

The GSEB Class 10 Gujarat board examination was conducted across 347 examination centers throughout the state.
