The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will conduct a campus placement drive in collaboration with SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The campus placement with SBI will start on February 11 at the convention centre, IGNOU Campus, Maidan Garhi.
Students can register themselves for the campus placement on February 11 between 9:30 am and 10:30 am. The pre-placement talk will be conducted at the Centre at 11 am. The talk will brief the candidates about the company profile, job roles, and compensation details.
Candidates have to report in formal attire and those who will join after 11 am will not be allowed to participate in the drive. The selection process may continue till late evening, thereby applicants are advised to plan accordingly, claimed the press release.
The SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd is hiring for two permanent positions: unit manager and business development manager. Fresh graduates can also apply at the same time, candidates with sales experience will be given preference.
Candidates must be between 21-30 years of age group and will get a fixed CTC of Rs 2. 85 lakh per annum. The location of the job postings will be across Delhi and NCR. There are two rounds of selection, group discussion and personal interview.

–SSC, HSC, and Graduation/Post-Graduation mark sheets and degree/provisional certificates
–Appointment letter and last 3 months’ salary slips (if experienced)

–The candidate must be familiarised with all products and services offered by SBI Life Insurance.
–They will procure new clients through direct contact and collaboration between Life Mitra and bankers (CFIs).
–They must possess sales planning, effective communication and customer relationship management.
