IIT JAM 2024 results declared; steps to check score

IIT JAM 2024 Result: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras on March 20 released the result of the Joint Admissions Test (JAM) 2023. The candidates who appeared for the examination can check the result through the official website of JAM — jam.iitm.ac.in.

The entrance exam for JAM 2024 was held on February 11. Earlier, the IIT JAM 2023 result was scheduled to be released on March 22, but the link was activated two days before. This year for each test paper, an All India Rank (AIR) will be assigned to all candidates based on their performance.

How to check IIT JAM 2024 results

Step 1- Visit the official website of IIT JAM 2024

Step 2- Click on the ‘JAM 2024 result declared’ link

Step 3- Click on the JOAPS portal link

Step 4- Enter Enrolment ID / Email ID and password

Step 5- Evaluate the arithmetic expressions and enter the answer in the space provided

Step 6- Then Click on the ‘Submit’ button

Step 7- View and download IIT JAM result 2024

Candidates will be able to download the IIT JAM 2024 score cards from April 2. As per IIT Madras information, the portal for admission will open on April 10.

JAM Scores are used for admission to programmes such as M.Sc., M.Sc.(Tech), M.S Research, M.Sc.-M.Tech. Dual Degree, Joint M.Sc. – PhD, MSc-PhD Dual Degree in various institutes. JAM 2024 Scores will be used for admission to over 2000 seats. The examination was conducted in around 100 Cities in India.

After clearing this entrance test students can get chance admission to around 3,000 seats in various postgraduate programmes at IITs and over 2,000 seats at IISc, NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, and DIAT.
