JEE Advanced Result 2024: IIT Madras today (June 9) declared the JEE Advanced 2024 final answer key and result. Candidates will be able to check their result at the official website — jeeadv.ac.in. This year’s topper is Ved Lohati who scored 355 marks.
Candidates will need their JEE Advanced exam login credentials such as date of birth and application number to check the IIT JEE Advanced exam result 2024. Ved Lahoti and Aditya of IIT Delhi zone have achieved the first and second rank in JEE Advanced 2024 results, by scoring 355 and 346 marks respectively. Among the girl students, Dwija Dharmeshkumar Patel of IIT Bombay zone has topped with CRL 7. She obtained 332 out of 360 marks.
A total of 1,80,200 candidates appeared in both papers 1 and 2 in JEE Advanced 2024. Among the total 48,248 candidates qualifying JEE Advanced 2024 this year, most are from the IIT Madras zone (11180) followed by IIT Delhi (10255) and IIT Bombay (9480).
The JEE Advanced result is announced on June 9 at 10 am.
Of the total 1,80,200 candidates appearing in both papers 1 and 2 in JEE Advanced 2024, as many as 48,248 candidates have qualified. The aggregate marks will be calculated as the sum of the marks obtained in mathematics, physics and chemistry. Candidates have to satisfy the subject-wise as well as the aggregate qualifying marks to be included in a rank list.
Among the 48,248 students qualifying the exam, most are from IIT Madras zone. While 9,480 are from the IIT Bombay zone, 10,255 are from IIT Delhi zone, 2,458 are from IIT Guwahati zone, 4,928 are from IIT Kanpur zone, 4,811 are from IIT Bhubaneshwar zone, 11,180 are from IIT Madras and 5,136 are from IIT Roorkee.
Last year, out of the total 2,50,255 eligible candidates from JEE Main 2023, 1,89,487 candidates registered for the exam, and 1,80,372 candidates appeared for both the papers. Out of these, 43,769 candidates qualified.
