JoSAA Round 3 Counselling 2025: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) on July 2 announced the JoSAA 2025 Round 3 seat allotment result. Candidates can log in using their application number and password to check their Round 3 allotment status on the official website at josaa.nic.in.
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 are required to complete the online reporting, document upload, and fee payment by 5 pm on July 4. Any issues related to fee payment or document verification must also be resolved by 5 pm on July 5.

In addition, candidates who wish to withdraw from the seat allocation process or exit JoSAA counselling for future rounds can do so between 5 pm on July 2 and 5 pm on July 4.

Selected candidates are required to carry the following documents for verification during the JoSAA counselling process, at their designated institutes:
–JoSAA Provisional Seat Allotment Letter (Initial Seat Allotment Intimation Slip)
–Document Verification-cum-Seat Acceptance Letter generated online at the JoSAA Reporting Center (Provisional Offer and Seat Acceptance Letter)
–Class 10 Mark Sheet or Certificate
–Birth Certificate (only if the date of birth is not mentioned in the Class 10 mark sheet/certificate)
–Class 12 Mark Sheet or Certificate (Qualifying Examination)
–Category Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates) — must be in the prescribed format available on the JoSAA portal
–PwD Certificate (if applicable)
–Passport (for foreign nationals) or OCI/PIO Card, if applicable
–Income Certificate (for candidates applying for fee remission) — must be issued on or after 01 April 2024 and applicable for families with an annual income less than Rs 5 lakhs.
Seat allotments are based on the candidate’s JEE Main or JEE Advanced All India Rank (AIR) and their submitted preferences during the JoSAA 2025 choice-filling process. After the seat is allotted, candidates are required to download the ‘Seat Allotment Intimation Slip’, which contains detailed instructions on confirming the seat, including deadlines for online reporting, fee payment, and document submission.
Following the completion of Round 3, the JoSAA Round 4 seat allotment result will be released on Sunday, July 6, at 5 pm.
