Karnataka Board SSLC Class 10 Result 2024: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) will announce the result for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) in the end of April or in the beginning of May. The evaluation of the Karnataka SSLC result is yet to begin, KSEAB official told indianexpress.com while announcing the Class 12 PUC 2 result today. All those students who had appeared for the class 10 board examinations can check their results at the official website — kseeb.kar.nic.in and karresults.nic.in.
Last year, the Class 10 board exams were held from March 31 to June 19 and the results were declared on May 8. In 2022, the exams were conducted from March 28 to April 11 and the results were declared on May 19.
Karnataka recorded a pass percentage of 83 per cent in the SSLC examination for the academic year 2022-23, a two per cent dip from 85 per cent last year. Same as every year, the girls have outshined the boys by securing a pass percentage of 87 per cent, while the boys secured 80 per cent.
In 2023, a total of 8,35,102 students appeared and 7,00,619 passed. Chitradurga district topped the pass percentage list in Karnataka by securing 96.8 per cent, followed by Mandya (96.7 per cent) and Hassan (96.6 per cent). The lowest pass percentage districts are Yagir (75.49 per cent), Bidar (78.73 per cent) and Bengaluru South (78.95 per cent). Officials said that the board will identify the cause of the Bengaluru district scoring a low pass percentage and would implement suitable interventions.
