For the year 2025 High School Certificate Examination, results for mentally challenged, visually impaired, and hearing & speech-impaired (CWSN) students were also declared by the board. In this category, the pass percentage for male students was 59.60% and for female students 62.99%, making the overall pass percentage in this category 60.98%.

This year, results for 804,768 regular students were declared. Out of these, 429,042 students passed in the first division, 182,172 students in the second division, and 2200 students in the third division. Thus, a total of 613,414 students passed the exam, with a pass percentage of 76.22%. This year, no student’s result was withheld.

In the High School Examination this year, 76.22% of regular students and 28.70% of private students passed. Among these, 73.21% of regular male students and 79.27% of regular female students were successful.

This year, the MPBSE conducted the Class 10 board exams from February 27 to March 19, while the Class 12 exams were held between February 25 and March 25, 2025. According to the official figures, over 18 lakh students registered for the exams this year. This includes both Class 10 and Class 12 candidates.

In the MP board 2025 High School 10th and Higher Secondary 12th annual exams, Narsinghpur district of the state has topped in terms of pass percentage, followed by Neemuch district.

A notable highlight this year is the better performance of government schools compared to private institutions across the state, reflecting improved standards and outcomes in public education.

While announcing the MP Board Class 10 and Class 12 results, the Chief Minister stated that MP Board exams will be conducted twice a year starting next year. However, according to MP PRO, there have been discussions about holding the exams within a six-month interval, possibly around July-August, though an official schedule has not been confirmed yet.

The state government has launched a 'rukk jaana nahi' scheme, which allows students to appear for the exams again, if they fail to clear the main board exams.

In 2024, a total of 827,563 students registered for the exams, comprising 416,501 boys and 411,062 girls. Among them, 6,018 were absent from the exams, including 3,847 boys and 2,171 girls. The number of students who appeared for the exams was 821,545, with 412,654 boys and 408,891 girls. A total of 212 exams were canceled, with 151 involving boys and 61 involving girls, last year.

Additionally, 344 exams were withheld, including 230 for boys and 114 for girls. Finally, the results were declared for 820,989 students, including 412,273 boys and 408,716 girls.

If a candidate fails to clear the board test, they must appear for the supplementary exam. Following the results announcement, the compartment exams will commence. The date of the same will also be notified later.

The MP Board result mark sheet will have important details such as the name of the student, scores obtained, grades, roll number, date of birth, and other details.

In 2023, the results were announced on May 25 for both classes. Over 8 lakh students registered for the class 12 exams, and 10,29,698 candidates took the class 10 exam.

The class 10th exams were conducted from February 27 to March 19 in a single shift from 9 am to 12 pm whereas class 12th exam  were held from February 25 and March 25. To collect the original mark sheets, students need to visit their respective schools a few days after the result declaration.

To download the MP board result 2025 online, students are required to log in to the result portal with their board roll numbers.

This year, along with the official websites, students will be able to check MPBSE MP Board Class 10th, 12th results at education.indianexpress.com.
