From the next academic year, the MP Board will conduct two board exams.
To pass the examination, students must achieve a minimum score of 33 per cent. Students who are not satisfied with their scores can apply for result scrutiny by registering on the result website.
In 2024, Tanishka Kulshreshtha and Aditya Humane scored the highest in the MP Board Class 12 board exams. Overall, girls scored 68.42 per cent, while boys secured 60.54 per cent. The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education released both Class 10 and Class 12 results on April 24.

The class 10th exams were conducted from February 27 to March 19 in a single shift from 9 am to 12 pm whereas class 12th exam were held from February 25 and March 25. To collect the original mark sheets, students need to visit their respective schools a few days after the result declaration.

Step 1: Visit the DigiLocker official website – digilocker.gov.in.
Step 2: Log in to the profile with the existing credentials or sign up for a new account
Step 3: Go to the MP board 2025 results section, under the “Education” or “Results” tab.

The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) is set to declare the results for MP Board classes 10 and 12, today on May 6. According to a statement from the Board, the results will be announced by the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister at a press conference at 10 am. Once out, students will be able to view their results by clicking on the links for the MP Board Class 10 or MP Board Class 12 results.
MPBSE is expected to activate SMS-based result checking. Registered mobile users can send an SMS in a prescribed format to receive results instantly.
MPBSE marksheets will include name, registration number, subject-wise scores, total marks, division, and center number, among other student details.
In addition to mpbse.nic.in, students can access their results on education.indianexpress.com, which provides direct links and updates on MP Board 2025 results.
Past Class 10 pass percentages include: 2024 – 58.10%, 2023 – 55.28%, 2022 – 72.72%, 2021 – 100% (COVID), and 2020 – 68.81%, indicating mixed outcomes across years.
The MP Board results will be announced during an official press meet addressed by CM Mohan Yadav on May 6, where state-level performance trends will also be discussed.
Students who find discrepancies in their results can apply for rechecking or re-evaluation. MPBSE will share guidelines and deadlines post result declaration.

The 2021 Class 10 results, released on July 14, saw 3.56 lakh students securing first division, while 6.6 lakh appeared for Class 12 with3.43 lakh students achieving first divisions. In pandemic-hit 2020, Class 10 results came on July 4 (8.93 lakh candidates, 2.85 lakh first divisions), and Class 12 exams (8.2 lakh candidates), halted mid-way due to lockdown, had results declared on July 27.
