NEET MDS 2024: The National Entrance cum Eligibility Test (NEET) Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) will be conducted on March 18. Those who haven’t downloaded their admit cards yet can do so from the official NEET MDS website – natboard.edu.in. After the exam is conducted today, results will tentatively be released on April 18. While appearing for NEET MDS 2024, a candidate must possess a recognised degree of Bachelor in Dental Surgery awarded by a university or institute in India, and registered with the State Dental Council, have obtained provisional or permanent registration, and have undergone compulsory rotatory internship of a year in an approved/recognised dental college. The examination will be a multiple choice questions in CBT mode, as per the scheme prescribed. The exam comprises 240 multiple-choice questions and the duration of the exam will be of three hours. Every correct response will carry four marks and for every wrong response one mark will be deducted. All candidates need to enter the exam center and commence registration for the test at 7 am. Entry will begin at 8:30 am, and log-in access will be given at 8:45 am. The exam will start at 9 am and conclude at 12 pm. The reporting counter will close 30 minutes before the test start time. Candidates reporting late or beyond the prescribed time will not be allowed to appear in the exam under any circumstances. Only the candidates who have been issued admit cards will be allowed entry inside the examination center premises. Candidates will have to show their admit card and ID proof for verification before entering the exam centre. Document requirement: - QR-coded Admit card with his/her photograph. - A government issued photo IDs - PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar Card (with Photograph) - Candidates will be compulsorily required to carry Exam related documents (Admit card, ID Card, etc) - Aspirants are required to keep their admit card and photo identification with them at all times during the conduct of the examination. NEET MDS is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination, the single entrance examination for admission to various MDS Courses under the Dentists Act, of 1948. No other entrance examination, be valid for entry to MDS courses. Qualifying NEET MDS is mandatory for entry to MDS courses. NEET MDS 2024 will be conducted by the National Board Of Examinations in Medical Science (NBEMS).
