Odisha CHSE Practical Exams 2025: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has released the schedule for the practical examination for the higher secondary classes. Students can check the schedule at its official website - chseodisha.nic.in - under the notification sections. As per the circular, the internal assessment, project examination, and practical exam will be held between December 23 and 30 and January 2 and 12, respectively, in all the schools registered under the CHSE. The project work of the students should be hand-written within 6 pages (A4 size papers) as assigned by the concerned subject teacher on the topic from the prescribed syllabus. Students are advised to refer to the notification to learn the hours of the practical exam in detail. Science: Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Information Technology, Geography, Electronics, Computer Science, among other subjects. Other subjects include arts, commerce, integrated vocational training, vocational trade, and all other trade papers. Candidates are advised to enter the examination centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination in a sitting and enter the examination room/hall 15 minutes before the examination to occupy the seats allotted to them." read the notification by the Council. Students need to remember that for the project evaluation and viva voce in the Commerce stream, groups are to be formed taking a minimum of 24 students in a group. Evaluation and viva-voice of a group will be completed in two hours. The project evaluation and viva voce will be conducted by the concerned subject teacher of the institution only and no provision for an external examiner for this purpose will entertained.
