In the A Grade category (scoring 75% and above), 189,638 candidates passed from the General stream and 18,195 from the Vocational stream, making a total of 207,833 candidates.

In the B Grade category (scoring between 60% and 74.99%), 68,011 candidates passed from the General stream and 9,585 from the Vocational stream, totaling 77,596 candidates.

In the C Grade category (scoring between 50% and 59.99%), 27,069 General stream candidates and 540 Vocational stream candidates passed, making a total of 27,609 candidates.

In the D Grade category (scoring between 35% and 49.99%), 9,820 candidates passed from the General stream and 133 from the Vocational stream, totaling 9,953 candidates.

In terms of exam conduct, 28 candidates from the General stream and 3 candidates from the Vocational stream were booked under malpractice, totaling 31. Additionally, the results of 4 General stream candidates were withheld, with no withheld cases from the Vocational stream.

The TS inter results for vocational streams are also declared today. In 2025, 49,128 candidates appeared for the TS Inter First Year examination, out of which 28,339 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 57.68%. For the Second Year, 46,137 candidates appeared, and 31,115 passed, giving a pass percentage of 67.44%.

In 2024, 48,310 candidates appeared for the First Year TS Inter exam, with 24,432 passing, making the pass percentage 50.57%. In the Second Year, 42,723 candidates appeared and 27,863 passed, leading to a pass percentage of 65.24%.

In 2023, 49,593 students appeared for the First Year TS IPE exams, and 25,533 passed, which accounts for a pass percentage of 51.49%. In the Second Year, 43,015 candidates appeared, with 28,738 passing, resulting in a 66.81% pass percentage.

In 2022, 50,512 candidates appeared for the First Year Telangana board exams, and 25,615 passed, giving a pass percentage of 50.70%. For the Second Year, 44,112 appeared and 26,518 passed, with a pass percentage of 60.12%.

In 2021, 49,331 candidates appeared and all 49,331 passed the First Year, making the pass percentage 100%. Similarly, in the Second Year, 43,901 candidates appeared and all passed, resulting in a 100% pass percentage.

Comparing the data from 2024 with 2023, there has been a slight decrease in the overall pass percentage of 1st year last year. In 2023, the pass percentage for Inter 1st year was 63.85%, which decreased to 61.06% in 2024.

A total of 4,30,413 candidates appeared for TS Inter 1st year general exams, and 48310 vocational students, i.e. a total of 4,78,723 students appeared for the 1st year exams last year. Of these, 2,62,829 general students, 24,432 students passed, i.e. a total of 2,87,261 students passed in the 1st year.

The TGBIE IPE results for vocational streams will likely be declared today. In the previous years, the TS IPE vocational results were declared with TS inter results. Last year, the overall pass percentage for TS IPE vocational stood at 63.86 per cent. The pass percentage among the female students was 79.28 per cent, and among the male students, it was 47.72 per cent.

To qualify the TS Inter 2025 exams, TGBIE IPE students will have to obtain a minimum of 35 per cent marks or above in each of the subjects. In aggregate, out of the total 1,000 marks, 350 marks will be required to be considered passed. For visually, hearing-impaired candidates, the passing marks is 25 per cent.

Last year, a total of 981,003 students from both the first and second year appeared for the Telangana Board 1st and 2nd year exams. The board exams were conducted across 1,512 examination centers last year.

TSBIE inter results will be declared by Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Deputy Chief Minister in the presence of Ponnam Prabhakar, Minister for Transport and Backward Classes Welfare.

In the Telangana Board IPE Exam last year, a total of 5,02,280 students participated in the TS inter second-year examination. Of them, as many as 1,94,311 students got first division marks. Out of the first division holders, 4,01,445 students were enrolled in the general course and 42,723 students belonged to vocational courses.

The press conference for Telangana 1st and 2nd year result declaration begins at 12 noon today. Comparing the data from 2024 to 2023, there was a slight decrease in the overall pass percentage of 1st year in 2024. In 2023, the pass percentage for Inter 1st year was 63.85 per cent, which decreased to 61.06 per cent in 2024.

However, for Inter 2nd year, the pass percentage increased from 67.27 per cent in 2023 to 69.46 per cent in 2024.

Students must score a minimum of 35 marks as aggregate to pass each subject in the Telangana Intermediate Board exams. If they flunk in any subject, they will be given a chance to appear for the supplementary exams, schedule of which is expected to release with the TS IPE 1st, 2nd year results.

According to an official statement released by the TSBIE, the TS Inter 2025 results will be announced by Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka at 12 pm at the Board’s office in Hyderabad.
