
WBBSE Madhyamik Class 10th Result: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has declared the result of the Madhyamik class 10 examination today i.e June 3 at 9 am. Students can check their results by visiting the official websites wbbse.org and wb.allresults.nic.in.
In the Madhyamik Class 10 exams 2022, boys outperformed girls. The boys’ pass percentage was 88.59 per cent, while 85 per cent of female students passed the Madhyamik exam successfully. An overall pass percentage of 86.60 per cent was recorded this year.
Candidates have been directed to collect their marksheets from the selected camp offices on June 3 from 10 am onwards. The WBBSE Madhyamik exams were held from March 7 to March 16, 2022. Approximately 11 lakh students appeared for West Bengal class 10 board exams.
Students can either visit wbbse.org and wb.allresults.nic.in. After that, they need to fill in their registration number/roll number. The scores will then be displayed on the screen. Students are advised to download the score sheet and get a printout for future reference.

A total of 84 students were featured in the top ten merit list which was published today. However, none of the students was from city schools. The link to check the result is now active on the homepage of the official website i.e wbresults.nic.in.
From February 23 to March 4, the West Bengal Board will conduct class 10 and 12 board exams for the academic year 2022-23. The academic calendar has been pushed back to the track after being postponed due to the pandemic. Furthermore, there will be no cuts to the syllabus. Among the districts, East Midnapore registered the highest pass percentage (97.63 per cent) followed by Kalimpong (94.71 per cent), West Midnapore (94.62 per cent), Kolkata (94.36 per cent), Jhargram (92.07 per cent), North 24 Parganas (91.98 per cent), South 24 Parganas (89.78 per cent) and Malda (87.11 per cent). Raunak and Arnab are in a tie for first place. Ramharipur Ramakrishna Mission High School in Bankura's Arnab Gharai and Raunak Mandal of Burdwan CMS School tied for first place. Both students received 693 marks. With 692 points, Malda's Kaushiki Sarkar and West Midnapore's Raunak Mandal stood at second position.

This year's overall pass percentage in WB Madhyamik Class 10th is 86.60 per cent. Of the more than 11 lakh students who registered for the WB Class 10th exams, 10,98,775 students took the Madhyamik exams and 9,49,927 have cleared class 10 exams.

Every year, the WBBSE releases the results of at least ten lakh students. Last year, 10.79 lakh students passed the exam, which was the highest number ever. With 11.8 lakh students registering for the exam in 2022, the enrolment numbers are higher than any other year. Exams are not taken by all students who enrol or register. WB Madhyamik or class 10 exams were taken by 10.35 lakh students in 2020. In 2019, 10.66 lakh people appeared, compared to 11.02 lakh in 2018.
Students must use the unique ID number or roll number printed on their admit cards to check their results. Admit cards are usually given out prior to the exams. Students must double-check the information on their marksheet with the information on their WBBSE madhyamik admit card/hall ticket. In the event of an error, students should contact the authorities as soon as possible.
The WBBSE has announced that starting next year, it will not offer any syllabus cuts due to the control of the Covid-19 situation. Due to the loss of instructional hours caused by the Covid-19-led school shutdown this year, the West Bengal Board had cut the syllabus for classes 10 and 12 by about 30 per cent during the academic session 2021-22.
