The passing percentage of the Science stream is 98.80 per cent, the Commerce stream is 94.19 per cent, and Arts stream is 92.54 per cent. Overall, the pass percentage stands at 93.72 per cent.

The Uchha Madhyamik results have been announced at a press conference at the council office at 12:30 pm. Students who appeared for the WB HS exam can be checked online after 2 pm onwards at the official websites — wbchse.wb.gov.in. The WBCHSE Class 12 semester 3 exam results have been declared.

Two students – Pritam Ballav, Aditya Narayan Jana from Purulia are placed in rank 1. They have scored 98.97 per cent marks.

As many as 10 students are placed in rank 2. Students in rank 2 have scored 98.95 per cent marks. Atanu Banerjee, Srijan Paricha, Soumalya Rudra, Trideb Chakraborty, Tapabrata Das, Arkadyati Dhar, Orikno Sarkar, Oittijho, Adrita Pal and Pratyush Mandal are placed in rank 2.

WBCHSE West Bengal HS 12th Result 2025

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) declared Uchcha Madhyamik board exam results on May 7. WB HS scorecards will be available online at the board’s official websites — wbchse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in

This year, 4,73,919 students appeared for their WBCHSE Higher Secondary exam; of them, 4,30,286 have passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 90.79%, a slight increase from last year’s 90%.

Last year, the results were announced on May 8. 7,55,324 regular candidates appeared in board examinations in 2024. In the results, East Midnapore topped among all the districts and emerged as the best-performing district of the state.
