Choregrapher-turned -filmmaker Prabhudheva’s Ajay Devgn-Sonakshi Sinha starrer has been postponed to an undecided date. According to sources, it may even be released early next year.

Prabhudheva who has almost completed the shooting says there is no hurry to release the film. “We were supposed to come in June with Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Holiday’. Then we decided against pitching our film with another biggie. Now we’re releasing after ‘Singham 2’ which is coming in August.”

When asked about the date Prabhudheva said, “We haven’t decided yet. We are in no hurry to release. I’ve completed 80 percent of the shooting. I am now working on the post-production and I am also finishing the script for my next film with Akshay Kumar in the lead.”

Apparently, Ajay Devgn has asked the producers to space out the release date between ‘Singham 2’ and ‘Action Jackson’, both being action-dominated films.

A source said, “Ajay has never believed in glutting the market with releases. At the same time he is also not looking at a confrontational situation. He took on Yash Chopra’s ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ when he released his film ‘Son Of Sardaar’ on the same day. The confrontation caused only bitterness and confusion.”
