Amitabh Bachchan, 72, and Abhishek, 38, were both nominated at Big Star Entertainment in different categories for their movies ‘Bhootnath Returns’ and ‘Happy New Year’.

Big B posted on Twitter about his feelings of sharing the stage with his son at the function.

Amitabh Bachchan also posted a picture of the duo holding their trophies. Abhishek won Big Star Most Entertaining Actor in a Comedy Film – Male for ‘Happy New Year’ and Amitabh won for Big Star Most Entertaining Actor in a Social Drama Film – Male for ‘Bhootnath Returns’.

Amitabh Bachchan has wrapped up shooting for his two upcoming films — ‘Wazir‘ and ‘Shamitabh’.
