Hrithik Roshan was never a part of ‘Baazaar’: Nikhil Advani

It is being whispered that Hrithik Roshan lost confidence in Nikhil Advani’s abilities after his two back-to-back films ‘Hero’ and ‘Katti Batti’ under-performed at the box office.

Reports that Hrithik Roshan has “opted out” of Nikhil Advani’s next film entitled ‘Baazaar’ about the internecine wars in the stock market has the director baffled and annoyed.

It is being whispered that Hrithik Roshan lost confidence in Nikhil’s abilities after his two back-to-back films ‘Hero’ and ‘Katti Batti’ under-performed at the box office. However Nikhil has another story to tell. “Hrithik was never confirmed for ‘Baazaar’. We only had one small hour-long conversation about the film. I am still completing the final draft.”

When prodded to describe the film Nikhil says, “It has to do with power, obsession, a tumultuous relationship between two men and the stock market.”
