The cast and crew of ‘Rock On 2!!’ are mesmerised by the natural beauty of the picturesque hill station and are having a great time shooting the film in Shillong. But the only problem they faced was that their hotel had no place to work out.
The ensemble cast of ‘Rock On 2!!’, including Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Shraddha Kapoor, Purab Kohli and Pracchi Desai are all health conscious and fanatical about their workouts. The actors where they are housed, is to everyone’s liking, except for the fact that it doesn’t have a gym.
The search for a gym took the unit to the Shillong market a few days ago. They went shopping, picked up all the equipment they required, and set up a make-shift gym in one of the hotel suites.
“All the actors, including the co-producer, Ritesh Sidhwani, are health conscious and fanatical about their workouts. Farhan has lost a lot of weight to play Adi, Aditya Shroff, again and grown a heavy beard. None of them were willing to go a day without training. So, they went shopping, picked up all the equipment they required, and set up a make-shift gym in one of the hotel suites. Now, they are happy,” a spokeperson said.

All the actors, who are busy prepping a lot for shooting the rock concert in the hill station, is scheduled later in this month.
“The concert will be canned later this month, but the boys and Shraddha have been jamming a lot.” said a spokeperson.
‘Rock On 2!!’, a sequel of the 2008 musical entertainer “Rock On!!”, is set to release early next year.
