The critically acclaimed duo,who were earlier seen together in Maqbool and The Namesake,have been teamed up for director Ang Lee’s cinematic interpretation of Yann Martel’s bestseller Life of Pi.
The market rumors have it that Irrfan will be playing the role of Pi’s father and will be paired opposite the talented Tabu. Readers may remember that,in the recent past,it was Sonu Sood and Sushant Singh,who were being considered figured for the role,which eventually has landed up on Irrfan’s laps.
